TAN SRI DR NGAU BOON KEAT
TAN SRI DR NGAU BOON KEAT ialah Pengerusi, Pengasas Bersama dan Pemegang Amanah Yayasan MyKasih. Beliau mengasaskan Dialog Group Berhad (DIALOG) pada tahun 1984 dan merupakan pemegang saham utama dan Pengerusi Eksekutif DIALOG. Beliau juga merupakan Pengerusi Pengerang Independent Terminals Sdn. Bhd. Beliau adalah ahli Lembaga Pengarah Johor Petroleum Development Corporation Berhad sejak 2012 dan Pemegang Amanah Yayasan Matlamat Pembangunan Mampan Malaysia (“Yayasan MySDG”) sejak 2021.
Beliau memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda (Kepujian) dalam Kejuruteraan Mekanikal dan Kedoktoran Kehormat dalam Kejuruteraan dari Universiti Canterbury, New Zealand. Beliau adalah ahli Institusi Jurutera, Malaysia dan Institusi Jurutera, Singapura. Beliau juga merupakan seorang Jurutera Profesional Berdaftar dengan Lembaga Jurutera, Malaysia.
Beliau memulakan kerjayanya pada tahun 1972 sebagai Jurutera Penapisan dengan Mobil Singapore Pte Ltd. Beliau bekerja di Petronas Malaysia dari 1975 hingga 1980 di mana beliau memegang pelbagai jawatan daripada Jurutera Pengeluaran kepada Pengurus Kejuruteraan. Beliau mempunyai lebih daripada 50 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam industri minyak, gas dan petrokimia.
TAN SRI DATO’ SERI MEGAT NAJMUDDIN BIN DATO’ SERI DR HJ MEGAT KHAS
TAN SRI DATO' SERI MEGAT NAJMUDDIN BIN DATO' SERI DR HJ MEGAT KHAS telah dilantik sebagai Pemegang Amanah Yayasan MyKasih pada September 2009. Beliau juga merupakan pemegang amanah Yayasan Vijayaratnam dan Penasihat Tan Sri Muhyiddin Charity Golf. Beliau kini adalah Presiden PBB Darul Ridzuan di Daerah Persekutuan dan Selangor (sebuah pertubuhan kebajikan).
Beliau memperoleh Ijazah Kepujian dalam Undang-undang dari Universiti Singapura pada tahun 1970. Beliau bersara daripada amalan undang-undang pada tahun 1986 dan mula aktif dalam politik sehingga tahun 1995. Beliau adalah Presiden Persekutuan Syarikat Tersenarai Awam Berhad (“FPLC”) pada tahun 1997 dan Presiden Institut Tadbir Urus Korporat Malaysia (“MICG”) dari April 1998 hingga 2015. Beliau kini merupakan Penaung Kehormat MICG dan ahli Transparency International Malaysia (TIM).
He was a member of the High Level Finance Committee of the Ministry of Finance, Capital Market Advisory Council of the Securities Commission (“CMAC”), the 2nd National Economic Consultative Council (“NECC2”) and the Central Bank’s Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee (“CDRC”). He sat on Bursa Malaysia’s (previously known as KLSE) Listing Committee for 10 years. He served as a Non-Executive Independent Director of PETRONAS from April 2010 to April 2017 and chaired the Board’s Risk and Governance Committee. He was a member of Bank Negara Malaysia’s Financial Directors’ Education (“FIDE”) Steering Committee and Advisory Board of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”).
In 2018, he resigned from his Chairmanship of Omesti Berhad (formerly Formis Resources Berhad), Tradewinds Corporation Berhad and MajuPerak Holdings Berhad. He is currently the Chairman of Green Venture Capital Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM), Asian Pac Holdings Berhad and SEG International Berhad.
TAN SRI DATUK DR REBECCA FATIMA STA MARIA
TAN SRI DATUK DR REBECCA FATIMA STA MARIA was appointed a Trustee of MyKasih Foundation on 22 January 2010.
She began her career in the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service in 1981 and served in various capacities in the then Ministry of Trade and Industry (MITI) until her retirement in 2016.
The former MITI Secretary-General joined DIALOG Group Berhad as an independent non-executive director in November 2022. She is also an Executive Director of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Secretariat, a role she took in 2019.
She also holds directorship in Sunway Bhd, RHB Bank Bhd, Hartalega Holdings Bhd and Eco World International Bhd. She also serves as a trustee of Yayasan Hartalega.
In the academic field, she was awarded the Malcolm Knowles Award for the best PhD dissertation in April 2000 in the field of Human Resource Development by the American Academy of Human Resource Development. She was also awarded “Professional Achievement Awards by School of Education, University of Georgia (2013). She has a Masters degree in Counselling from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Bachelors degree (Hons.) in English Literature from the University of Malaya.
DATUK YAACOB BIN MD AMIN
DATUK YAACOB served the Polis DiRaja Malaysia for more than 33 years in various capacities. He was the Director of Criminal Investigation Department with the rank of Commissioner of Police prior to his retirement. He was an Independent and Non-Executive director of Khee San Berhad from 2002 – 2007 and also an Executive director of Furqan Business Organisation Berhad previously.
Datuk Yaacob was a member of the Advisory Council of MyKasih Foundation since the setting up of MyKasih in 2009. He was later appointed on the Board of Trustees of MyKasih Foundation on 30th August 2012. He is actively involved in the launching of the MyKasih programmes in Malaysia.
DATO’ HO KAY TAT
DATO’ HO KAY TAT was appointed as a Trustee of MyKasih Foundation in September 2009. He is the Publisher and Group Chief Executive Officer of The Edge Media Group, with over 30 years of experience in journalism and the media industry.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Science (Hons.) majoring in Political Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He started out at the New Straits Times group back in the 80s reporting extensively on Malaysian politics. Subsequently, he joined the Kuala Lumpur bureau of Reuters to cover economic, corporate and money market news before moving on to be the KL correspondent for Singapore Business Times in 1994.
Since joining The Edge in 1996 as the editor, he was then appointed Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief in 2005. In 2010, Dato’ Ho took up the post of Group Managing Director with Star Publications (M) Bhd which he held for two years. Following which, he returned to The Edge Media Group.
PUAN SITI KHAIRON BINTI SHARIFF
PUAN SITI KHAIRON retired from Employees Provident Fund (“EPF”) as the General Manager, Fund Investment Department, after having served EPF for 12 years until 2008. She also was a lecturer at Universiti Putra Malaysia for 16 years prior to joining the EPF. She was an Independent Non-Executive Director of Dialog Group Berhad from year 2013 to 2022.
Puan Siti Khairon holds a Masters (Economics) Degree from University of Philippines and Bachelor in Economics (Hons.) Degree from University Malaya.
Puan Siti Khairon was a member of the Advisory Council of MyKasih Foundation since the setting up of MyKasih in 2009. She was later appointed on the Board of Trustees of MyKasih Foundation on 30th August 2012. She is actively involved in the launching of the MyKasih programmes in Malaysia. She also facilitates the training programmes at the Foundation through her network with Universities, Government Agencies and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs).
DATIN NAZRIN ANEEZA BINTI NAZARUDDIN
DATIN NAZRIN ANEEZA served as an Advisory Council Member of MyKasih Foundation since its inception in 2009 and was recently appointed on the Board of Trustees in 2018. She is currently serves as the Vice President of PETRONITA, an association for wives and female employees of PETRONAS which conducts numerous educational and charitable community development programmes for the poor. Her vast experience in strategizing, planning and executing community-based programmes to empower vulnerable communities and transition them towards better socio-economic standing compliments the efforts of MyKasih Foundation.
DATUK BADLISHAM GHAZALI
Datuk Badlisham Ghazali telah dilantik menganggotai Lembaga Pengarah Yayasan MyKasih pada 2 Ogos 2010. Beliau meletak jawatan daripada Lembaga Pengarah pada 2014 untuk berkhidmat dengan Malaysia Airports Holding Berhad sebagai Pengarah Urusan dan Pengarah Bukan Bebas sehingga 2018, sebelum dilantik semula sebagai Pemegang Amanah Yayasan MyKasih pada 30 Jun 2020.
Warganegara Malaysia, beliau berkhidmat sebagai Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) dari 2006 hingga 2014. Sebelum MDeC, beliau berkhidmat dengan Hewlett-Packard (HP) Malaysia selama 18 tahun di mana beliau merupakan Pengarah dan Pengurus Besar Negara HP Kumpulan Penyelesaian Teknologi (TSG).
Beliau memiliki Ijazah B.Sc dalam jurusan Sains Komputer dari University of Northern Illinois, Amerika Syarikat dan Diploma Sains Komputer dari Institut Teknologi Mara, Malaysia. Datuk Badlisham ialah Ahli Lembaga Penasihat Sekolah Kluster Kementerian Pendidikan dan Lembaga Penasihat Pusat Sains Negara Kementerian Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi (MOSTI).
DATO’ SRI IDRIS JALA
Dato' Sri Idris Jala telah dilantik sebagai Ahli Lembaga Pemegang Amanah Yayasan MyKasih pada 23 Februari 2023. Pada masa ini Presiden dan Pengerusi PEMANDU Associates, beliau sebelum ini merupakan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif PEMANDU – sebuah unit penghantaran dalam Jabatan Perdana Menteri di Malaysia yang ditugaskan untuk menerajui usaha Malaysia. peralihan ke arah status berpendapatan tinggi menjelang 2020. Sepanjang tempoh perkhidmatannya, beliau juga pernah berkhidmat sebagai Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri selama 6 tahun dan kemudiannya sebagai Penasihat kepada bekas Perdana Menteri.
Sebagai Menteri dan Penasihat Ekonomi kepada PM, Dato' Sri Idris Jala menganggotai pelbagai jawatankuasa ekonomi strategik peringkat tinggi seperti Majlis Ekonomi (SPR) yang dipengerusikan oleh Perdana Menteri. Selain itu, Dato' Sri Idris Jala juga merupakan ahli lembaga pengarah InvestKL dan Malaysia Petroleum Resource Corporation (MPRC).
Sebelum berkhidmat sebagai Kerajaan, Dato' Sri Idris Jala adalah Pengarah Urusan/CEO di Malaysia Airlines (MAS) selama 3 tahun. Sebelum MAS, beliau menghabiskan 23 tahun di Shell, naik pangkat untuk memegang jawatan kanan termasuk Naib Presiden, Shell Retail International dan Naib Presiden, Perundingan Pembangunan Perniagaan, yang berpangkalan di UK.
Today, while helming PEMANDU Associates, Dato’ Sri Idris Jala also sits on the Sarawak Economic Action Council (SEAC). He is also the member of the Advisory Council for the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM). In addition, Dato’ Sri Idris serves as Chairman of Heineken Malaysia Berhad and Co-Chairman of Sunway Berhad and the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation.
His is as an Expert Resource Speaker at the Harvard Health Leaders’ Ministerial Forum and a Visiting Fellow of Practice at Oxford Blavatnik School of Government.
DATUK OH CHONG PENG
DATUK OH CHONG PENG telah dilantik sebagai Ahli Lembaga Pemegang Amanah Yayasan MyKasih pada 10 April 2023.
Beliau adalah seorang Akauntan Bertauliah yang berkelayakan dan merupakan Felo Institut Akauntan Bertauliah di England dan Wales. Beliau juga merupakan ahli Institut Akauntan Awam Bertauliah Malaysia dan Institut Akauntan Malaysia.
Beliau merupakan rakan kongsi kanan Coopers & Lybrand (kini dikenali sebagai PricewaterhouseCoopers), Malaysia (1974-1997). Pelantikan beliau yang lalu termasuk menjadi ahli lantikan Kerajaan Bursa Malaysia Berhad (dahulunya dikenali sebagai Bursa Saham Kuala Lumpur) (1990-1996) dan ahli Jawatankuasa Penyenaraiannya (2008-2009); ahli Lembaga Piawaian Perakaunan Malaysia yang dilantik oleh Kerajaan (2003-2009); dan Ahli Majlis (1981-2003), presiden terdahulu (1994-1996) Institut Akauntan Awam Bertauliah Malaysia; pemegang amanah Yayasan Pendidikan Huaren (1993-2009); Pengerusi Lembaga Perkhidmatan Kewangan Labuan, adalah ahli Lembaga Pengarah sebelum dilantik sebagai Pengerusi pada 2018 (1996-2020); dan Pengarah Powertek Berhad (1997-2003); Kumpulan syarikat Rashid Hussain Berhad (1998-2003); UEM Land Berhad (dahulunya dikenali sebagai Renong Berhad) (2001-2003); Nanyang Press Holdings Berhad (2001-2005); Land & General Berhad (1999- 2007); Rohas Eucos Industries Berhad (2007-2008); Huaren Holdings Sdn Bhd (1987-2009); Star Publications Berhad (1987-2009); IJM Corporation Berhad (2002-2012); IJM Plantations Berhad (2003- 2012); Alliance Financial Group Berhad (2006-2016), British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad (1998-2019) dan Dialog Group Berhad (2009- 2020).
