When an architect 'sees' in the mind's eye the picture for a house they intend to build, why is it so important they create a visual representation of it before it can be manifested? The answer to this question also drives at why so many people struggle to turn their grandest intentions and dreams into reality. Believing and seeing something in your mind (and heart) is the first step. If the plan requires collaboration, and it always will if it pertains to a profit, non-profit or other sort of collaborative entity that creates value... than a detailed plan is required. How detailed is your plan?
